I would like to commend your staff at Planet Self Storage. My condo burned but after when I found some things had made it through the fire, I remembered where we had stored when my Mother died. Right back to Planet. Their staff got me into my initial unit in record time. I knew the rules, but they took the time to explain how things worked. When I then needed a second unit, I called ahead, and by the time I got there, it was "Just sign here, Ruth". Professional, considerate, and very helpful. I have even asked for help with my billing for Insurance purposes and even that wasn't a problem, which made my life easier.– Eloise J.

Recently while completing the lease paperwork at the Newington Planet I happened to comment to the manager that I had just transferred into this area and was very pleased I was able to find a convenient location with clean facilities and a professional staff. As a sales representative I rely on the storage people to receive and hold deliveries for me so I can make my sales calls. I explained that I had a great experience at my last storage location in NY where I just moved from. I mentioned this was not always my experience with storage over the years. During my discussion I was pleasantly surprised to learn the other location which was a different name, was also managed by the same company. This speaks volumes about this company and If ever I am transferred again I will certainly look for their storage places. They treat customers like Kings!- Fred Q.

A year ago, I had to move a lot of things into storage and did my initial research on line. When I called Planet Self Storage in Hyde Park to get information, I was greeted by a calm, attentive kind manager who was well prepared and thoughtful with all her answers and wise suggestions. Michelle had been at the facility for several years and was a great resource. But what was really amazing was the day the movers moved me, we were all worn out but still had to get to Planet Self Storage. The movers and I were all tired and got lost getting to the facility. Michelle stayed on the phone with us and then when we could not get turned around, came and got us, so we could follow her back to the facility. I was so impressed with her effort and her going above and beyond what most people would have done. That is what I call exceptional service. She has been this way ever since. We are a local networking and computer company in the Quakertown, PA area. Over the years we have rented storage units from Planet Storage of Quakertown. Their rates are extremely competitive and the customer service provided is among the best of any vendor we've worked with in the past 8 years. The facility is secure and very well maintained. The team at Planet Storage has been super accommodating with all of our projects over the years. Their customer service exemplary! At one point we required eight 10X30 storage units and parking for 4 large trucks for a warehousing / shipping and receiving project with a weeks notice. Not only did they provide the units and parking at great rates; they allowed us unrestricted access for our delivery vehicles and personnel.
